Hathaw9y는 부산에서 결성된 3인조 인디팝 밴드다. 2020년 1월 결성 이후 사운드클라우드에 데모를 업로드하며 리스너들 사이에서 서서히 인지도를 넓히다가, 2020년 11월 첫번째 EP [Boy Loves Hayley]를 발매했다. 활동 초기에 소개된 네이버 온스테이지 라이브영상이 높은 조회수를 기록하며 본격적으로 주목받기 시작했다. 2023년, 그들의 첫번째 정규앨범 [Essential]을 발표하고 부산과 서울을 오가며 다양한 무대에서 관객들을 만나고 있다.
Hathaw9y is a Korean indie pop band composed of Kiwi, Seyo, and Teukmin. Since its official formation in January 2020, amidst the full swing of Covid-19, the band has gained recognition by uploading demos on SoundCloud. After debuting with their 1st EP, "Boy Loves Hayley," in November 2020, the band quickly emerged as a promising and representative band in Busan, garnering 200,000 views on Naver Onstage, Korea's leading platform for introducing bands. In 2023, they finally released their first full-length album "Essential" and eagerly looking forward to meeting more fans from around the world.
